Friday’s official practice sessions, scheduled to take place at 11.00 and 14.00, have each been delayed by two hours.
The Beijing street circuit has been designed specifically for the A1GP event and has therefore not been tested prior to today’s activities.
Together with the FASC, A1GP has taken the decision to run the one lower-powered local series support race, Super Touring Cars, ahead of its two practice sessions to familiarise the circuit officials with procedures.
