Dani Clos has been handed a ten place grid position penalty for failing to heed the marshal's instructions after his spin early in the session, which created an extended yellow flag period.

Giedo van der Garde, Diego Nunes and Edoardo Mortara were all handed three place grid position penalties for failing to sufficiently slow their vehicles in a yellow flag zone.
