Dani Clos and Lucas di Grassi were both handed 10 place grid penalties for the next event, race one in Monza, for causing avoidable accidents in this morning's race at Spa-Francorchamps.
The Spaniard collected championship leader Nico Hulkenberg at the first turn just after the start, while his Brazilian teammate came together with Edoardo Mortara at the Bus Stop corner as he was trying to pass for fourth place after the restart on lap four.
