Meritus rookie Alexander Rossi will start last on tomorrow's grid. The American, who had qualified fifth did not have time to celebrate his good result in today's qualifying session as his car was subsequently found to not be in conformity with the technical regulation.
As a result, the stewards decided to exclude him from the qualifying session classification and he will have to start last on tomorrow's grid.
